HI TAG 2 based transponders are highly integrated and do not need any additional components beside the HI TAG 2 transponder IC and the external coil. Data are transmitted bidirectionally, in half duplex mode, between Read Write Device (RWD) and HITAG transponder IC. To achieve a main stream security, data may be transmitted enciphered. HI TAG 2 transponder IC offer a memory of 256 bit.

How can I customize my own logo and design?

We can print your design and logo on cards, wristbands and labels for you, you need to provide illustrator or PSD design files, if you only have pictures, it needs to be larger than 300 pixels.

How long is the lead time for customized products?

Based on our MOQ 1000pcs, the delivery time is as follows:
– RFID card is 7-9 working days after payment
– RFID wristband is 10-12 working days after payment
– RFID Tag is 8-10 working days after payment

I don't know the chip model I need, but I want to customize the same product, what should I do?

– You can send samples to us for testing, and we will produce according to your samples to ensure consistent product function.

How do I get samples?

We can provide you 3-5pcs stock samples, that’s free, but you need to pay for shipping or use your DHL/FedEx/UPS account. If you need customized samples, we charge the sample fee according to the cost price, usually 10-20pcs samples.
