Custom Tyvek® Paper RFID Disposable Wristband Single/Dual Color

Are you looking for a low cost and disposable wristband? Our RFID paper wristbands consist of a paper band and RFID inlay. We offer a choice of two different Tyvek® paper and PP paper materials in the usual size of 25*250mm, with custom sizes available. Both types support full colour CMYK printing and single/dual colour printing. Waterproof and disposable. Customize your band without limits, send in your design and we’ll make it happen for you. PP paper is more tear resistant and better water resistant compared to Tyvek paper, providing a longer life span. PP paper has a smoother surface and better printing. Wristbands can be removed by cutting them off or pulling on the overlapping piece under the Tyvek band that doesn’t have adhesive on it. The only way to remove a Tyvek paper wristband is by destroying it so it can only be used one time.

We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, but if you’re designing a woven wristband, you have to use Adobe Illustrator to send in your vector artwork. Pantone colors are color codes that stand for a specific, universal shade. If you want to make sure we’re all talking about the same exact yellow, you can reference your chosen color’s Pantone code. Think of it as a standard language for colors that we use to match thread colors to your design colors.
